Development Fund

This fund helps Groups and Sections with projects that help Scouting grow and thrive locally - new equipment, programme activities, recruitment, inclusion projects, and small facility improvements.

Who Can Apply

Any Scout Group or Section within the district
District-wide teams and Explorer units

Please Note

One application per project - please don’t submit separate applications for the same piece of work
Costs already paid before approval, major building work, and ongoing running costs are not eligible

Typical award: up to £600 per application.

Takes about 10 minutes. Your application will be sent to the District Treasurer and reviewed at the next Trustee Board meeting.
